And that means that we need to drop a few kilos. So with that in mind we hit the training program old school style and we started to skip some rope and hit the heavy bag.

Yes its time for our boxing training to be revealed. One thing we discovered that we needed to find a good Canadian boxing equipment source so we did not end up looking like some hipster dude in the gym. With all the choices now people can find some good stuff online.

The list of items needed to hit the gym and do it right included the usual stuff like boxing shorts and gloves. Some other things are boxing head gear, boxing hand wraps and if you ever want to have kids again buying a groin protector is recommended.
